Who we are:
Welcome to the Main Web site of
Surfs Up Publishing
Thank you for visiting our web sites. We are Jane & John
Nielsen. Jane is a fabric and fiber artist, tends to the every day activity
on our Alpaca farm and has owned two manufacturing businesses, besides being a
QuickbooksPro advisor. John wears many hats, (currently is in a regional sales
position with a large Japanese manufacturer), a graphic artist and photographer,
he has traveled the globe as a free lance photo journalist since the mid 70's
and is the webmaster for numerous websites. Currently we have three main web sites
of our own, this one,

site for our Alpaca business Logcabinfarm.com .
Jane and John have traveled extensively around the US, as well as visited quite
a few foreign lands during their twenty+ years together and this web portal is a
doorway to some of those adventures. Have fun and let us know what you

If you are interested in placing advertising on any of our sites, please give us a call and we will work something out. If you are interested in high quality 4,000 dpi scans of your favorite color
slides or negatives, (burned to CD in .TIFF or .JPG format), please email for a
quote. We have full "Digital Ice" service and can provide full Digital Darkroom
services including retouching and restoration.
